Latinos LEAD is now accepting applications for participation in DELI 2.0, an initiative to deliver governing board inclusion services to California-based nonprofit organizations in the Climate & Conservation sector. Please follow this link to begin the application process.

DELI 2.0 Board Inclusion Services Provide:

  1. Free Inclusion Blueprint workshops. These workshops are based on a detailed and customized Inclusion Map, which analyze the organization\’s operations and its governing board recruiting and practices to identify opportunities for improving inclusion outcomes.   2. Reduce fees for governing board member recruiting. Organizations that successfully complete the Inclusion Blueprint process will have the option to engage Latinos LEAD to carry out targeted governing board recruiting services at a significant discount. Learn more about this service here.
