The Nonprofits, Leadership, and Race survey was designed to explore why the percentage of people of color in nonprofit leadership positions has not moved in over a decade. Responses to the lack of diversity at the top of nonprofit organizations have focused on how to better prepare younger people of color to take on these roles.
