PATHWAYS to LEAD deploys state-of-the-art executive search techniques to recruit qualified Latinos for nonprofit board service.  Board candidates are identified through self-referrals, third-party nominations, and vigorous outreach to leaders in the private, nonprofit, and public sectors.

Organizations:

Latinos LEAD is committed to working with organizations to strengthen their leadership in a manner that authentically reflects the diverse constituencies served. Organizations interested in working with Latinos LEAD should submit and interest form. Latinos LEAD will work to establish a contract of service that fits your needs.

Latinos LEAD can:

  • Assess an organization’s readiness for engaging in intentional board diversity recruitment and conduct an inclusivity orientation

  • Manage the board recruitment process, offering several qualified candidates

  • Provide board members in board member training and a year of mentorship
