Sergio J. Morales, MPA, was elected to the Lincoln Families board in 2024. He brings more than 25 years of experience working in community health, building innovative solutions through a lens of racial justice and health equity. Sergio is the Executive Director at California School-Based Health Alliance, a role that followed his 10 years of service at federally qualified health centers, the majority with school-based health centers. He brings expertise in sexual a reproductive health, adolescent programs, building school/community partnerships, and strategic planning. Sergio completed a Racial Healing Practitioners Fellowship with the National Compadres Network to support building the capacity of individuals and organizations on racial equity and racial healing.
With a focus on school achievement, economic mobility, and community wellness, Lincoln Families provides a continuum of preventative, responsive, and intensive support services to improve outcomes for children and families. We are committed to creating systemic change to strengthen our work in schools and communities, to remove barriers to care, and to advance racial justice and equity.
