Ashley Hernandez is an Emmy-winning producer with more than 15 years of experience delivering high-quality content under tight deadlines. Currently, she serves as an International Media Producer with Paramount Global at CBS News. Her work has provided opportunities to collaborate with prominent figures such as Lakers owner Jeanie Buss and Former First Lady Dr. Jill Biden. Additionally, Ashley leads national and international marketing research for media brands and tech start-ups, driving significant growth in brand engagement. She is adept at crisis management and maintaining client relationships. Ashley holds a BA in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business.
