Sabrina De Santiago was elected to the Latinos LEAD governing board in April 2022. Sabrina is the Policy and Research Director for Golden State Opportunity, where she leads the policy team and promotes anti-poverty policies that help low-income communities build and retain financial stability.

Before joining GSO, Sabrina oversaw the Community Engagement unit at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA), the largest homeless Continuum of Care in the nation. She formerly worked in Washington, D.C. as an advisor on economic policy, housing policy, and appropriations to several members of Congress, including former U.S. Senator Hillary Clinton (NY), U.S. Senator Tom Udall (NM), and U.S. Representative Lucille Roybal-Allard (CA). She also served as a Director of Government Affairs for the Center for American Progress, focusing on economic and security issues.
A native Angeleno, Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University. She resides in Pasadena with her husband and daughter. She is a fervent pizza lover and Dodgers fan.
