Norma Fuentes has more than 25 years of senior professional fundraising experience across several nonprofit sectors, including higher education, biomedical, non-profit, conservation, veterinary medicine, and the arts fundraising.

She currently serves as the Managing Director-Philanthropic Services at the Seattle Foundation, where she advises multi-generational families on effective philanthropic strategies to support their community interests, strong family connections and a meaningful legacy. Fuentes has previously served as the Chief Development Officer at the Pacific Northwest Research Institute, Chief Development Officer of the Stroum Jewish Community Center, and Director of Philanthropy for The Nature Conservancy. Over her 15-year tenure at Washington State University, Fuentes served as the Executive Director, Veterinary Development & External Relations for more than ten years, and served in various roles in Advancement.
