Latinos LEAD will begin board recruiting services on June 1 2025, to nonprofit organizations operating in the greater Denver region of the Centennial State. Organizations serving Adams, Arapahoe, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties will be eligible for Pathways to LEAD board member recruiting services. Latinos LEAD works closely with nonprofit executives and board members to develop highly qualified candidates for board openings. Search principals at Latinos LEAD collaborate with senior nonprofit leaders, developing an effective outreach strategy for engagement of our national networks to curate optimal candidates. To date, this program has placed more than thirty board members at thriving nonprofits in California. Other programming, including Ready to LEAD board member training, will be introduced as matching funds are acquired from regional sources.
